Charlotte Ballard MSN, ENP-BC |
 Ms. Ballard received her BSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center - Houston School of Nursing in 1987. She went on to work as a Navy nurse and served on active duty from 1987 to 1990. Upon returning to Houston, she specialized in cardiac critical care and emergency room for six more years before receiving her masters degree from UTHSC – Houston School of Nursing in 1996 as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified in acute care and has fourteen years of experience working in family practice, wound care and emergency care. Ms. Ballard relocated to San Antonio from Houston with her family in August of 2009.
Charlotte Ballard is excited to be a part of Alamo Healthcare Systems and looks forward to implementing her extensive training to provide the most comprehensive patient care available. |
